Email Your Guide

Like all the Guides at About.com, I'm a real person. You can email me at netforbeginners.guide@about.com.

Tip: Please Post Your Reader Questions and Learner Comments in Our Forum

In addition to reading my email, I do check the Net for Beginners Discussion Forum regularly. Please post your questions or comments there, and you'll get input from a variety of voices, including me!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q. Do you offer one-on-one tutorials and training for users?

A. If only there were more than 168 hours in a week! I try to offer as much email help and forum help as I can, but I am too busy to be regularly available for one-on-one training. Gratefully, I have many other online ways to help readers answer their questions.

Q. Can we email questions to you, Paul?

A. Absolutely, yes.  I try to respond to all of my email within two business days, sooner whenever possible. If I can't answer your questions, then I hope to help you find someone who can.

*Please note: I do get a lot of spam email, so if you don't hear from me within three days, your message may have been filtered by my spam software.  It helps if you tag your email subject line as "note from an About.com reader", and makes it more likely to reach me.
